Weather

Weather typically describes emotions on a mundane level and possibly divine forces on a more dramatic level. A cold front, an incoming rainstorm, and so on, indicate "changes in the emotional atmosphere" (Drömbild: Bil, p. 74). Just as gods embodied weather in myths, weather in dreams has an archetypal value, and is sometimes linked to inner content that transcends the ego's relative smallness.
